Peer Support Specialist - Safe Harbor

Community Alliance is accepting applications for one full-time (40 hour) position of Peer Support Specialist within the Safe Harbor Peer Services Program.  The position is a second (2nd) shift (3:00 - 11:30 p.m.) schedule.

Residential Rehabilitation Specialist I (3:00 – 11:00 p.m.; 40 hours per week)
Serves as a member of a rehabilitation team within a group residence and contributes to the mission of the organization by creating a supportive home for adults with mental illness while preparing them to live more independently.
Peer Support Specialist - Homeless Services

Community Alliance is accepting resumes & applications for a full-time (40 hour) position of Peer Support Specialist within the organization’s Homeless Services team.

Day Rehabilitation Specialist I

Under the direction and supervision of the site supervisor and division manager, an individual employed in this position serves as a member of our collaborative Day Rehabilitation team.

ACT Team Member (BA)

Contributes to the mission of the organization by serving as a member of an inter-disciplinary team comprised of psychiatric, nursing, clinical, rehabilitative, and peer support professionals who provide highly integrated and holistic services designed to promote personal recovery, skill development, individual responsibility, and community stability for persons with serious mental illness, including individuals with co-occurring mental illness and substance use disorders.

Employment Training Specialist

Serves as a member of the vocational team and contributes to the mission of the organization by helping adults with mental illness to obtain employment.

Homeless Services Specialist - Outreach

Serves as a member of a team providing outreach and direct assistance to adults with mental illness who are homeless.
